Return/exchange policy:

You can return/exchange the new item unopened, unused within 3 days  if the product has a defect, obvious damage, or a product with an error (color - size - another product)  from the date of receiving (Shipping fees is non-refundable)

The item must be in new condition, unopened and unused and must contain all materials included in the box/package

In case if you want to return/exchange the item, you need to complete the process by filling out the return/exchange label from the nearest Aramex office and attach it to the item box/package and send it over to us in new condition, unopened and unused.

If we accept your return/exchange item request after we check its status at our warehouse, you will be refunded with the original purchase amount plus the VAT if applicable in the original payment method within 10 days from the shipping date or exchange the item with another with the same amount or higher. Note that the shipping cost of the return/exchange items will be at your own expense

unreturnable/non-exchangeable items:

We might not return the items that have been opened, used or after 3 days of receiving. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
