When using cast aluminum cookware, it is always recommended to cook over medium or low heat. Only a little preheating is required. We suggest using a small amount of oil or butter to help preserve food. The surface is non-stick. Always use wooden or plastic utensils instead of metal ones.
Cleaning:
Cookware is dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing all cookware in warm, soapy water with a soft sponge. Please do not use abrasive metal utensils.
Storage:
Always use a protective cover or a towel between cookware when stacking it.
